Could anyone tell me how the reports in actinic can be exported to excel?

The 'Export To Files' feature will generate a set of CSV spreadsheet files of your order data. You can read more about these in the main help in 'Exporting Data | Fields In The Order Export'. These can be brought into Excel if you are looking to run formulas etc. on them.

But the reports themselves cannot be taken into Excel.
