Restricting orders to UK only?

I've tried to restrict orders to UK customers only.
In order to do this I've done the two following things:-

In View>Business Settings>Payment and Security>Configue Valid Locations> then I've limited to UK only.

then,

In Shipping and Handling, I've limited the zones to UK only.

On my test site, I then placed an order, and although the shipping drop-down menu is now limited to UK only, the Invoice drop down menu that appears above it, still lists all countries.

So, how do I limit both of these drop downs to just say UK?

You need to remove the 'EU Tax Zone' from 'Business Settings | Tax' and also untick where it says 'Allow None of the Above as a zone member'.

Alternatively, switch to 'Simple Tax' (much easier).
