Did you previously have restriction to allow only one address per order as discussed on page 48 of the advanced users guide?
Re-instating that restriction would return you to what you had before.

Doesn't appear to help anyone else?
The only difference I can see between this and my other sites is that this one also has user accounts set up, could this be an issue?

Still no help :(
If you go to www.viteyes.co.uk and add somehting to cart and enter first part of checkout you will see what I have.
If you go to www.vitamins-for-the-eyes.co.uk add somehting to cart and enter first part of checkout you will see what I would like the other site to look like.
As I say the only difference I can see it that the viteyes site also allows account orders so wether there is a settting there which is causing this?

Hi James
Please check in "View | Business Settings | Payment and Security", do you have "Invoice with Order" as a payment method here. If so then, then this is the reason why you have two dropdown list box.
Kind Regards

or, possibly, I found that I had a cart anomoly similar to this when some of my payment options were restricted by location (I tried to restrict the "invoice & payment before delivery" and "nochex" options to "UK only")
Paypal was left with no restriction.
It did some strange things so I decided to remove the restrictions.
