Nochex APC

Having used Nochex for other a year now it is starting to annoy me that I have to reconcile all payments manually as I am unable to get Nochex to communicate back to Actinic in order to confirm payment.

Nochex say that I need to test "APC Responder URL" and supply them with that. Actinic say I do not need to do anything as the 2 should integrate. Do these companies not talk to each other?

In short does anyone know what my "APC Responder URL" would be and offer any advice?

Can you add a little bit more regarding this issue, when looking at http://www.qualitysilver.co.uk, i see the URL is generated:

So the respondurl is within the integration and it is being generated.
Is this the right site to have a look at? Please advise?
