Server Version = "6 DNAA" Client Version = "6 EGRA" Error Message

I get the error message:

Server Version = "6 DNAA". Client Version = "6 EGRA"

when I try to download orders. I have refreshed the site but still the same message. It talks about copying the perl scripts from the original sub directory - how do I do that?

I need to download the orders!!!

Hi there,

In order to resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:

1. Within your local PC, please go to 'C:\Program Files\Actinic ecommerce v6\Sites\Site1' or whatever your site is called

2. Delete all the .pl and .pm and .cat and .fil files

3. Go to the folder 'C:\Program Files\Actinic ecommerce v6\Original' and copy the .pl and .pm and paste them back into your Site1 folder

4. Once you have done this, just refresh your website completely ('Web | Refresh Website').
