I widh place my code on my homepage server not in the cgi.
Any help would be helpfull.

Yes my ISP has two servers one for the CGI scripts & one for html.
I can upload all the files to the CGI server but you are limited to the space they allocate. So I think it is possble to placr the scripts in the CGI server and all other files i.e html files on the other server but I need to know correct setup in the network.

When you use Actinic to 'update' or 'refresh' the site then this is what it does automatically.
i.e. The perl code goes into your cgi-bin, the HTML code goes into your html folder.
