I am about to start development of a actinic site for a client.

I am ok using the actinic software package, the problem is
they want a new design for their site which will resemble their paper catalogue.

I have looked in the Advanced Users Guide (page 37) in which it mentions using Fireworks.
I only have photoshop at my disposal. Could anyone give me a few hints / tips how to start.

Many Thanks
Peter

Garry Thanks for the speedy reply.
As yet the site doesn't exist.
I've looked at some of the example sites on the actinic website and this site http://www.jubilee-seeds.co.uk looks like it has been done from scratch as does http://www.nikigorick.com.

What about sending me the paper brouchure.

The best advice I can give is to check which buttons Actinic uses (Cart, Search, Sitemap, etc..) and create you design as you normally would.

The V5 user guide IMHO has a better walkthrough of designing from scratch.

Just about to launch Actinic Themes (http://www.actinicthemes.com) so you may find something there.

Thanks for your help Gary, the Catalogue is still a Quark file at present as it's still in production, I have downloaded the version 5 of the user guide. I will take a look at your website also.
