Hi,
just updated to v7 and I cannot download my orders from the weekend. I did suppend my site for a day whist updating so there shouldn't be a problem with old type orders the error i receive is:
An error occurred while downloading order number TR88QH10004333.
The order may have been corrupted in transfer from the server.
The order was partially read.
Press Retry to reattempt the download of that order.
Press Skip to ignore that order and continue with the download of other orders from your web site.
Press Remove to remove that order from the set awaiting download.
It will remain on your web site renamed as TR88QH10004333.ordx, in case you need to undertake further investigation.
Press Abort to cancel the download operation and leave all unprocessed orders on the web site.
Any ideas as I have 72 orders to download
