SECPay setup error

I am trying to set up SECPay and receive the following error:

Payment service provider, SECPay, failed to register properly - class ID({AC060015-43EE-11D2-9520-080000511272}).

Can anyone help me solve this problem please?

Please ensure you have installed the PSPSetup.exe file that comes on the Actinic CD. This should fix it.
