View Full Version : Errors retrieving orders - Worldpay

Hi -

I am getting the error:

"The payment service provider authorization downloaded for the order number... had an invalid signature."

I have searched past postings as well as the Knowledgebase and I believe I have confirmed that the configuration on the server is the same as that on my machine... I just did a site Refresh, put in an order, then tried to download it, and got the same error.

I am using WorldPay. Thanks for any help you can offer.

For the benefit of any who search after...

I re-typed my "secret key" into my Business Settings, Uploaded to Website, and it's now working.
