unfortunately actinic doesn't include paypal support
you'll need to make your own occtemplate.html occscripttemplate.pl to call paypal's processScriptURL = "https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd_xclick
unfortunately haven't been able to successfully get paypal's IPN to notify payments to the catalog - they seem to use a fixed callbackurl while actinic requires the order number to authorize
their script does accept a notify_url to be passed to their site it just doesn't appear to use it...

One of the developers on this forum and the other Actinic list has developed an inhouse PayPal connection routine that works fine with Actinic and PayPal.
If you do a search for PayPal in the last month or so it should bring the info up.

probably not worth $300 for a 10 line script though!

it does seem to be a majr omission, not to include paypal. Actinic blurb says it includes all major PSPs!
$300 is a lot for a small script, but it would probably take longer than $300 of my time to write the script. I bet more scripts would be sold if the price of the script was $100!! Usual shareware cost....

:) Well your wish came true you now get Paypal with Actinic.
BTW, $300.00 US is about 150 pounds and a fair price for development of a PSP. Keep in mind the testing involved in making a PSP work and the cost to build the software and you will find its well worth the money.
It cost $0.00 to set up a paypal account where a typical mechant account can cost as much as $500.00 US depending on the vendor.
Enjoy
