None of the Above [Archive] - Actinic Community

Is it possible to remove the Shipping Destination of "None of the Above" from the drop down list?

Go to the business settings shipping and handling tab. Select the zone, right click, choose properties, a dialog will pop up showing you the selected zones and the available zones, you can then remove 'none of the above' from the zone. Repeat this for all zones.

Yeah - thats where I though it would be, but I only have two zones. The first is UK Only and that only contains United Kingdom - with two classes of FREE and £3.99. The second one is Rest of World, and there is only one class in there.

However the COUNTRY drop down includes

Select Country
United Kingdom
Rest of World
None of the Above.

I've done a search in the TEXT menus but found nothing ;-(

If you are sure that you will never need it you could delete it from the location list which is in Advanced/Locations. 'None of the above' is a special location though and I don't think that you can put it back if you take it out (might be wrong about that though).

I'm pleased to say you are :). You can add it back in - just make sure you use '--' as the country code.

It looks like its not as simple as that as it actually come from the Tax settings!!!!

It seems that even if you have Simple Tax selected, the "None of the Above" is actually an Advanced Tax option!!!! Aargh..

I have spent most of the morning with with Tech Support and have managed a work around if anyone is interested!
