Actinic: Moving ISP Process

We are about to move our online shop to a new server, can anyone advise on the process please, Is it as simple as copying all the files to the server and then updating the actinic ftp details? or is there more?

1. turn off ordering in actinic
2. update actinic store
3. wait 30 minutes
4. download orders
5. update actinic settings to new server details (dedicated IP or stop-gap domain) - turn on ordering
6. refresh Actinic onto new server
7. upload .htaccess to old server of the type:

redirect 302 / http://12.12.12.12/

(where 12.12.12.12 is the new IP address

8. change DNS
9. wait 24-72 hours
10 change IP or stop-gap domain in Actinic settings back to name - refresh
