print customer details?

we have just started to set up customer accounts. how do i print a list of customer account details to be able to review them without having to go into each one individually?

Hi,

There is no option to print out the customer accounts, however you can select 'View | Business Settings | Order Processing' and tick the box 'Enable Export to Files' and click ok, then run the export by going to 'Reports | Outstanding Exports'.
Locate the file 'Buyers.csv' and open it (you will need a program that reads comma seperated files such as Excel).
This will display all of your customers, buyers etc, as a spreadsheet.

Alternatively you could see if there is a report created by a third party software conpany such as Mole End Software (http://www.mole-end.biz/) who specialise in reports for Actinic.

You can export customer and buyer details to a CSV file using the beta version of our One Stop Marketing tool, you could check them in an external editor then - or even use a mail merge in word if you wanted to print them out in a particular way for checking.
