Newbie Link Problems

I am new to Actinic but love it already, I am using v7 but am tearing my hair out trying to change the links at the top of the page in the curves template. See picture. Previously to this I was just designing pages in frontpage and purely html and don't yet understand java so please explain in laymans terms.

I would like to change the text and URL that it links to and maybe replace the text hyperlinks with my own button images.

The [Home] and [More Pages] are the page titles from your brochure sections. Look in the content tree on the left and you can change the text here. The [products] text comes from "Design | Options | Brochure" look for Text of Link in the Link to Catalog section of that page.
