Shipping Error Message

This one suddenly appeared out of nowhere. I haven't touched anything in Shipping lately and have checked the Shipping Bands and they appear to be perfectly fine but anytime I close the panel I get the following error:

The following regions have been defined in more than one zone for the same shipping class.
It is recommended that you make appropriate corrections:

For Shipping Class 2-3 Day Delivery, Region Channel Island is in Zone Zone 4 - Channel Islands and Zone Zone 1 - England, Scotland & Wales
For Shipping Class 2-3 Day Delivery, Region Channel Island is in Zone Zone 1 - England, Scotland & Wales and Zone Zone 4 - Channel Islands

From the report it sounds like the 'channel islands' has appeared in both zones 1 and 4. Have you looked to see if it is?

Strange though as 'channels Islands' doesn't appear in my list of countries of all.

Channel Islands only appear in one shipping class

It looks like Channel Islands is selected in Zone 1 and Zone 4. This would not be a problem, except that you have got a class with teh ssame name defined in both zones.

You need to edit the properties of Zone 1 and remove 'Channel Islands' from being within the 'United Kingdom' country selected in the Zone.

Channel Islands is not in Zone 1 and the UK is not in any zone as deleted it and created seperate locations for each country in the UK

Please go to 'File | Export' and export your Shipping tables. Then attach the file to this forum. Hopefully, we can recreate your issue and find a solution.

Hmm - that file worked fine for me with no errors.

Try deleting all zones and classes from the shipping and handling tab (switch to viewing 'By Class' to remove all classes) and then import the file. It should be fine.

You may want to back up your 'ShipControl\SimpleShipping.mdb' file before doing this.

That appears to have sorted the problem for now
