How do I remove the terms and conditions from the cart pages, I'd prefer the customers not to see a list of conditions on every page as it's available from the shop page anyway.

Secondly, how do I get the 'ground' shipping to be shown as the default on the first page of the checkout process, instead of two day air?

How do I remove the terms and conditions from the cart pages

Open up Act_Order00.html, Act_Order01.html, Act_Order02.html and Act_Order03.html in your 'Site1' (or equivalent) folder and edit them to remove NETQUOTEVAR:INFOPANELS from the bottom of each one.

Secondly, how do I get the 'ground' shipping to be shown as the default on the first page of the checkout process, instead of two day air?

Actinic will always show the lowest cost option first in the drop-down.
