Merging Dreamweaver Design with Actinic V6

Three things are currently stopping me from creating a custom design in Actinic - time, ability & patience.

From reading various threads I know that Actinic can be customised to a certain extent. So if I have a design created in Dreamweaver can anyone tell me how quickly they could customise Actinic V6 for me and how much(little) you would charge based on the design and images I would supply. I'm sure there's some techincal grey areas that prevent a straight forward answer so an approx will do.

If you want to take a look at: http://www.4surehosting.co.uk/extras/templates.shtml you will see a number of templates we have been involved in, with CotsWoldHerbs being near enough a totally Dreamweaver developer HTML template that we then developed within the Actinic templates.

Pretty much all explained within the above page.
