I know developer can handle multiple websites but can Business?

We have developed a site for a company which requires 2 seperate login areas and they wish to manage both sites with Busines... is this possible?

All versions, Catalog, Busines, etc, can manage several sites. You just need to purchase a new License Key, then go to Sites / License New Site.

when you say you need a new licence key do you meen that you must pay the full price of the product (such as catclogue) again or do you get a discount as i can not find any specific pricing for extra sites.

Each license of Actinic Catalog or Actinic Business is priced individually. You don't get a discount for second/mirror sites I'm afraid.
