Problem with catalog report options

Hi - a client of mine is running his site via 2 pc's - 1 does catalog maintenance and one does order processing.

The catalog on the order processing machine is about 3 months old and is hidden from the client by only selecting order processing in the business settings.

There is a problem that he can still report on the 3 month old catalog on the order processing machine via the catalog detail and summary reports. This is causing confusion.

Should he be able to do this? Is there anyway to suppress these reports on a order processing only machine?

As a quick and dirty solution, you could remove the files 'CatalogDetail.rpt' and 'CatalogSummary.rpt' from the 'Actinic ecommerce v5' folder on the second PC.

Hi Chris - if the catalog is hidden, then shouldnt the reporting options for the catalog also be hidden?
