slow hompage

Can someone let me know if my homepage is running slow. I have noticed that my pc isn't loading very well. - www.test4less.co.uk
with just Outlook express and Actinic open my CPU Usage is up at 95%+. it does eventually drop to arround 60%, but it takes a while.

I have recently uploaded a snow effect to my hompage so i think theres a good chance that this is the reason, but i want to mke sure.

Loaded pretty quickly for me also, your pictures seem on the "heavy side" though for there size, but nothing to worry about.

page loaded ok, however i didn't see the snow.

try removingthe snow and test again

I have just looking on clarahost's site and it appears that i'm using 670% of my 3GB Transfer limit. (This is with a 39MB disk usage)
After speaking to the support team they have told me that the reading is correct and they didn't appear too concerned.

Would going this far over the limit slow down the connection in any way? and do i get charged extra for going *7 over the limit?

The only thing they suggested was to upgrade my package if i wanted!!
