link between themes and site 1

Hello,

I am a brand new Actinic user and I am trying to integrate my own design in the site but it doesn't seem too obvious for me. What should I do after modifying the templates?

When I created my new theme a folder is created in the themes folder. I have noticed that in both folders themes and site 1 we find Act_Primary.html for example...

What is the link between these two folders?
C:\Program Files\Actinic Ecommerce v6\Formats\Themes

C:\Program Files\Actinic Ecommerce v6\Sites\Site1

The theme files are copied into site1 when you choose a new theme. This will overwrite what you have in site1 already.
