I'v just updated to 4.1.1 and applied the norton patch

but still a lot of people are telling me that the java screen is hanging on payment details, there for im loosing bussnies.

also people are getting a "site is experiancing technical difficulties" error when trying to log on to the home page (index)

please help any ideas :confused:

I think it is your host .....restricting bandwidth or you are on a busy server

could explane more about the java i did not undestand exactly what you ment

Well when I placed my order it was not very fast (it took about 15 seconds) but it worked.
People are not patient enough :(
