does anyone know how i can setup actinic to give free standard delivery if the customer spends over 50 but charge them for next day?

Set up 2 classes of post, one with free post after £50 and the other as next day delivery. When customer goes through the cart they will get a drop down list where they can choose postage method. If you detail this in your shiping conditions to make it clear to anyone, should work fine.
