You can use my batch order processing product to do this - see http://www.mole-end.biz/acatalog/Actinic_Batch_Order_Processors.html for more details.

If you want to email them all to the same place (ie. the warehouse, a third party shipping company etc) use the email processor, if you want to email them to a customer use the export option and attach it to email your self.
