Hi
I have products with multiple add on options (components). Does any one know of a way where a customer can select "View Cart" and be able to remove an individual component from a product without having to remove the entire product and all related components?
I have already set the components as "Component As Seperate Order Line" but I only get 1 tick box under "Remove" in the shopping cart.
As evceryone can appreciate customers on line don't like wasting time, so if they make a mistake or want to change the contents of an order, they want a quick resolution path: re-doing their order does not go down well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
