Hi,

ive got an issue with confirmation emails being sent to us after an order. The customer gets a receipt, test emails (via network setup ) work. Its also not sending a copy of the receipt to us. Any ideas anybody ?

Have you checked that you have not mistakenly switched off the send duplicate invoice option, or check the email address that the duplicate is being sent to is still valid.

I have found on occasions that if it is checked, that I uncheck it, update the site, then recheck it on and update sometimes fixes things like this where they should work fine.

Just a suggestion.

ill mess about then..email address is fine and all ticked as should be.
