creating a page of thumbnails

here I am showing what issue I have encountered.
I am trying to setting up a section where will be a page with all thumbnails and click on each thumbnail will go to each product page.

now... as showing on top, inside the "michael lau" section, where I meant to show all the thumbnails. To achieve that, I have to create all the "sub section"with the same names as the "product"just so the thumbnail will work....... is kinda inefficient to do so because each product will be a new subsection and a new product....

is there a better way to make a page with thumbnails which is products and click on those thumbnails and go to each product page?

If you don not like that method then I would suggest to create this page manually and use the "product link" feature (see: http://knowledge.actinic.com/users/kadmin/cgi-bin/ss000007.pl?PRODREF=837&NOLOGIN=1&ACTINIC_REFERRER=http://knowledge.actinic.com/users/kadmin/acatalog/) to create links between thumbnails and products.
