Order download- wrong version

Hi there

Just installed Actinic v4 on a new machine , and everything was working OK until I tried to download a test order from the newly installed site. I get a message saying the order is the wrong version- the orders are version 17, whereas the supported version is apparently version 16.

Has anyone experienced this problem and can shed any light on what's going on?

I would suggest deleting the test order on the web site (it will be something .ord), refreshing (not update which is what the arrows do) the web site and trying again. The error means that server and PC are running different versions of Actinic however, this is rather unlikely in your case as this is a new Actinic (unless you had a site on that web space previously of course.
