different postage costs

I'm working on a model car shopping site. the cars are different sizes 1:43rd and 1:18th scale. I need to give some models 1 postage price and others another.

is there a simple way to create 2 postage brackets for the different sizes?

Create a shipping table with two bands - say 100 grams and 200 grams. If the smaller models are more numerous, assign a default weight of 90 grams, and leave the weight of the smaller models blank. Put individual weights on the larger scale models of 110grams to push them into the second band.

If the larger are more numerous, make the default 110 and set the weight of 90 on the individual smaller models.
