It's too wide to display on a 1024 x 768 screen without scrolling. When I looked a few days ago, 69% of my visitors were using screens of 1024 x 768 or smaller.

Your image file sizes are very large - they could do with compressing to speed up download times. If at the same time you do this, you reduce the pixel size of the images particularly the ones on the homepage and the banner, this should go a long way to reducing the size of your page. getting it to be the right size for a browser can be a bit of a fiddle but just keep resizing until it all fits.
