Since sat evening we have been seeing this error message when attempting to place an order. I have tried deleting orderlock.num and setting backup.num to 777 as suggested on this page --> http://knowledge.actinic.com/users/kadmin/acatalog/copy_of_Order_Lock_Errors.html#aGC124a but then I simply get the error 'error reading from backup.num'
Has anyone ever had similar problems or know a solution?
