Hi,

It appears that this link is sticking a <br> after it that I want to remove, how do I do this?

Also, Is it possible to edit the "Account: Paul Grimshaw" that comes up so it says something else (like just the first name?).

Hi Paul,

The <br> tag in question would be the one under Design | Text Phase: -1 ID: 217.

The name is brought about by a variable and if you want to edit the text before the name, this can be found under Design | Text Phase: -1 ID: 213 (%sAccount: %s | %s) but will try to get more info on whether only the first name can be printed.

Thats worked great. I'll make do with the full name - it seems to fit in ok, but thanks for everything else.
