Product options

I am having difficulty setting up a product that is available in different sizes and each size is a different price.

For example

500ml bottle for £6.00
250ml bottle for £4.50
etc..

I would like to get the different options in a drop-down list/radio buttons under the product description.

You can do this with Components/Attribute/Choices.
Set up a Component called Choice
Set up an attribute called Size
List your choices under size.
Click on the Component Name
Click the Permutations Tab
Click Fill List
You'll see each of your sizes listed. Enter the price for each, click Valid and Override for each.
Set your product pricing to sum of component prices, leave the price on the product 0.
Your pricing will now only reflect the choice the customer makes.
