View Full Version : Missing checkout buttons with IE6

Hi

It seems that all of the version 6 sites we have done for clients have this problem. An example site is www.accessorystore.co.uk

When using an IE6 browser and adding an item to the shopping cart, one or other of the buttons (update, continue or checkout) will intermittently fail to display.

This is quite intermittent and usually, when a button does not display, a refresh of the page will show the missing button.

This problem never seems to occur in any other browser version - although I would be grateful if those of you who use anything other than IE6 could confirm.

Has anyone else come across this problem?

Thanks

Nick

I have checked your sample site but I could not reproduce the issue there. However I have seen the "cookies printed to the browser" issue (see http://community.actinic.com/showthread.php?threadid=1664).
I would suggest to get rid of this problem first as probably your issue is just a side effect of this. Check http://knowledge.actinic.com/users/kadmin/acatalog/Knowledge_Base_Adding_to_Cart_127.html#aGC151 for resolution.

I hope this helps.
