As mentioned in another thread, we are going to arrange an actinic user meet, probably in Exeter, for anyone who want to travel to it.

Suggested date is mid April

Please express interest here

So far there will be 2 of use there

me and Jan (not that I've told Jan yet! she'll have to read it here  )

I'm coming ... by the way it's at Jo's house, I haven't told her yet but I guess she will read this thread and find out ;-) (only joking of course).

Mid April isn't that good for me actually because Easter is in mid april and I am mostly away at Easter.

Get those kites and wheels out.....

Jan

Well, I am going to have wheels, it might well have to be a zimmer frame or a shopping trolley to give me any chance of staying upright :-)

Thanks.

I could well be interested depending on date, time and whether there's a critical mass of folks. Exeter is OK for me. Feel free to email me if it's going to happen as I haven't had much time to read this forum lately.

Cheers,

I'd be interested in meeting up, and Exeter is fairly convenient, however due to getting married on the 22nd of April, middle of may would be more convenient.

lets let this ride for a while until we get more than 10 people interested, then work on a date.

Although I'd prefer Exeter, we could do Taunton or closer to Bristol if it widens the catchment area

I might be interested, as Exeter is OK for me too - depending on the date - mid- April probably won't work though, right now May sounds better (and warmer! :) )

LOL
Jo and Jan by themselves aren't interesting enough then?

Just kidding!
I'd love to come but it's a loonng way (ok not as far as Jan has to come, admittedly!) to come down and leave the kids.

Oh... and I'm in Florida for mid-late April :p
Could consider May though... not that I'd have anything remotely useful to contribute to a meet up (aside from my charming personality, that is ;) )
Seriously though... I have family in Exeter so it's not unfeasible to come... just not in April!

Maybe May is better then - not 10-14th and before 24th (because I'm in Florida after that, Florida is obviously the place to holiday).

Congratualtions in advance Steve, fingers crossed for lovely weather for you.

I've moved by the way Tracey, I live just outside Exeter.

If so please email me

...and I'm in Florida for....

You should've started arranging this earlier - you could've had the Devon meet in Florida. (Presumably it would've have to go on expenses too!)

Bristol could definately widen the catchment area. Its closer to London, Reading, WALES!, Midlands, well everywhere really!

oh yeah Im interested btw! dates not too much of a problem, but as I don't drive (yet) Exeter isnt brilliant!

I could be interested. I'm from Cheltenham, so Exeter is a bit of a haul. Bristol would suit me fine.
