Section not showing up!

This is quite an odd problem. Customer adding new section and updated the site. But the new section is not showing up online. I've checked, it is set to be "sold online" and "display on website".
When doing a search on the site, the section does appear.
So what could be wrong?

have you ftp ed into the site to see if the section page is there?

yes just looked, the html page is there.
not sure what could be wrong. i also tried adding another sub-section, and that wasn't showing up either.

Sounds interesting. Is there any invalid char in the page name? Can you post the URL please?

sure. http://www.perfumesdirect.net
obviously you won't see it cos that is the problem we're trying to solve
but it's suppose to appear under "women's"
section called "Alexandra McQueen"

I can see Alexander McQueen but not Alexandra McQueen
