Hi,

We've just finished building a new site that needs uploading over an existing Actinic site. Is it just a case of uploading the site? Are they any problems that could arise?

I wouldn't expect it to be a problem. If you're unsure you could always manually delete relevants parts on the server first and maybe change the new script suffix to be different from the previous - otherwise just go for it.
