PROTX problem after 7.0.6 upgrade

Have been running fine for over 18 months including various updates but latest update has caused major problems.

Using PROTX and keep getting "Incomplete information submitted. The VendorTxCode field may be missing or you may have used an incorrect encryption password." Have updated the OCC file which had reverted to the default set-up. Uploaded numerous times but stil getting the same message.

Any help greatfully received.

I had the same problem after patching to 7.0.5.
If you look at your occprotx template (or whatever its called!) you will find that your encryption password has gone and it prob says testvendor or something similar.

You need to change it back, update your site and it should work.
failing that, do a search on the forums for the error as several of us had it and it was "fixed" on forum but I apologise I cannot recall exactly how now!

Thanks a lot, that's what it needed. Although still don't understand why it suddenly did it now after all the previous upgrades!
