error reading the order from the applet parameters this is usually a programming issue but is probably due to corrupt network transfer of the web page etc

received loading Credit card details page...

have carried out complete site refresh but message still appears

what do we need to do?

What is your site URL? I'll take a look at it and come back to you. It may be a problem with your .class files.

been in touch by phone, class files suspect need to upgrade to version 4.1 but i cannot find the download available any where on the site can you point me in the right direction...

The latest version 4 can be downloaded from www.actinicdownloads.com/v4. If you are not currently using v4.1.0, you will need to download this full version and upgrade before you can download and apply the v4.1.1 patch.
