Help

I have EFT as one of my payment options so that people can transfer funds o my account rather thn use a Credit Card.

My bank charges me £12 each time this happens so I want to make the customer pay. When they select Funds Transfer as an option (they will see this in the description of the Funds Transfer payment method that it will cost them an extra £12) HOW do I automatically add the £12 on to the total?

My site is www.memixdirect.com

Just a thought on this is that could i have an extra £12 added on to the shipping costs if they select this payment method?

There is no way to to this automatically. All I can suggest is duplicating each of your shipping methods to add £12 on each one.

In other words if you had:

Standard
Overnight

You would change this to

Standard (paying by credit card)
Standard (with bank transfer)
Overnight (paying by credit card)
Overnight (with bank transfer)

You could change your 'Shipping and Handling' heading in the Checkout to read 'Shipping and Payment Selection'.

This is a bit clunky, but it is the best I can come up with off the top of my head.
