123-reg probleme

i have dedicated server on 123 reg with admin full access
win2003 server with ssl enabled cgi-bin full access acatalog full access perl+cgi are both installed and enabled but i still can't upload the web
i no idea where is the probleme

There should be no problem - I set-up a site with123-reg yesterday. Can you expalin a little more about what problems you are having.

The test script failed to execute on the web server. The error could be caused by several things. Check the path to the Perl shell, the CGI script extension, the path to CGI-BIN, and the CGI-BIN URL. This error could also occur if your web site is out of disk space or your web server is not configured to accept POSTs to CGI scripts.

i create acatalog on the server also i create cgi-bin folder with full access but again the same fault i set up the route to cgi folder.
