Express to Catalogue???

Hi, I have been using Actinic Express to create my shop`s website and now want to try out the extra features that Actinic Catalogue has to offer.

Question is, how - step by step (I`m a simpleton) do I transfer my Express site over to Actinic? I`ve clicked on the button to `build an actinic import file` but help! what do I do next?

Not 100% certain of Express operations, but once you have created this export file from Express, then run the Catalog (assuming you have downloaded it from Actinic and installed it on your local machine) and then go into File | Import to import the exported Express file.

Like say, not touched Express as that is a sole Actinic operated solution, but if they provide the export function, then assume this is for import into the 32bit Catalog application.
