Error During Check Out

On my online store after I select the product I want to buy and enter in my information, but before I enter in my credit card information I get an Error 103 This transaction cannot be accepted. I believe that the next page it is trying to get to is the Authorize.net authentication page. Any ideas?

Hello there.

The error means:

The fingerprint, transaction key, or password is required for this
transaction


It is worth checking that the merchant ID, secret key and Transaction ID in View | Business Settings, Payment and Security for authorise.net are entered correctly.

Once done, please upload your site and test.

Its fixed. My site was setup for weblink which Authorize.net has disabled. It is now setup for either AIM or SIM and is working fine.
