hi, have managed to transfer orders to sage from actinic ok until i set up a percentage discount of 2.5% on any order value (£0) in -view -discounts

now when i transfer, it fails with the error...

"Sage Tax Code for
Actinic Tax 1 Rate: 5=0=0=Pro-Rata=
cannot be found in the tax grid. Please edit your profile."

here's the log file...

"in Tax translator; Order number:AM62LD10000023 can not be transferred due to a tax error"

I'm using Simple Tax in business settings (never been able to transer advanced tax into sage)

Please help...

If you download the latest version of Actinic Link for Sage HERE (http://www.actinicdownloads.com/link/index.htm) then you will get v2.0.3 which fixes this problem.

I'm having the same issue with the Link to Quickbooks (US version). Is there a patch for me?

It may just be that you do not have your tax set up correctly, rather than it being a problem with your version of QuickBooks Link.

I have attached an example screenshot of what the 'Tax' tab should look like. Hope it helps (apologies for the screwy colors).
