I've heard that some of the new "smarter" Switch cards now being issued do not feature an issue number.
Has anyone else had problems with customers trying to use these cards and being forced to provide an issue number?

This happenend when Natwest became Royal Bank of Scotland,
For this you will need to create a new credit card with no switch number. Ours is "Switch (no issue number)" from the drop down list
These new cards work much like master cards and you must ask for the start date.
Natwest failed to inform anyone that they changed the system
Hope this helps and if you need any help setting it up just ask
Cheers

Hi Steve
Go to VIEW | BUSINESS SETTINGS
Then PAYMENT & SECURITY
Then Select CONFIGURE METHOD
Then Click on the + button to add a new card. Enter in there what you you want to call it. We use SWITCH (NO ISSUE NUMBER)
Then put a tick in the start date. We always use the CVV2 box for all our cards.
Hope this helps
