Manual entering of orders

Occasionally we get customers phoning in to order rather than using our website because of their fears of Internet security. Is there a way to manually enter a customers order in to Actinic without using the website?

You could place the order on the web site and choose CC details sent seperately then input the CC details after the order is downloaded??

I was wondering if their was an interface built in to Actinic so I could enter the order while customer was on the phone.

I am afraid that there is not an interface, but I have previously placed the idea on the wish list for future Actinic releases.
