Fragments in product sections displaying above sections...

Is there any way of getting a fragment on a product section page to show above the section images/text?

I cannot seem to get the fragment to display where i want it to..

This is one of Bill's favourite replies - against the section go to Layout | Location and Arrangement of Section List where you can change the settings accordingly or set at a global level if desired
