Hi - I have Actinic 6 and have the following problem at
www.chronos.ltd.uk
When an item is put into the shopping basket and then confirmed after a few seconds the screen is refreshed but another column of the menu(frame appears to the left) This will occur everytime a new item is added.
I have 4 computers in total and have checked with several friends & 2 customers and the same thing appears on their machines. I have submitted this query with the support team twice before but they cannot replicate the problem on any of their machines.
Any Ideas
