General Script Error

Hello

I wonder if anyone can help
We have a problem when certain people access our site and try to buy something. It lets them click on Add to Shopping Basket but when they then click on Checkout now the following error message appears
"A General Script Error Occurred"

Could anyone help me locate the problem as it does not happen with everybody, only certain people.

It is most likely down to a firewall software running on the buyer's PC with enabled privacy options. You can find more details at http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/norton.htm.
You can get rid of this problem by upgrading to the latest v5 version. This can be downloaded from http://www.actinicdownloads.com/v5/index.htm.
